Could I return my custom made garments?

Please note that we do not offer refunds as all our garments are made according to your customizations and measurements, which means it's built for you—and no one else. 

All orders are final and could not be returned 

If there is any issue with the fit or construction of your garments, contact us at home@clevelandtailor.com within 10 days of receiving your order final fitting adjustments.

If your custom made garments require Final fitting alterations you have the following options: 

  • LOCAL CLIENTS: You can book an appointment at our Showroom once you have received your order. Our Showroom staff will guide you through the process and will take care of any alterations that are required in your order and update your measurement profile on your account once the alterations have been completed. 
  • NATIONWIDE CLIENTS: After receiving your garment you may schedule an appointment via Zoom to discuss final fitting adjustments needed or email us at: home@clevelandtailor.com
